    Come join us of this new project from the Works, Inc. and ComCap Partners as co-developers of the Renaissance at Steele Apartments located in Frayser. The project consists of a 146 multifamily rental complex for moderate and low-income families. We will be social distanced in two groups of 6-8. Masks are required.

    Come join us of this new project fromthe Works, Inc. and ComCap Partners as co-developers of the Renaissance at Steele Apartments located in Frayser. The project consists of a 146 multifamily rental complex for moderate and low-income families. The total project cost was approximately $17 million, which was funded with low-income housing tax credit equity, conventional bank financing and a grant from a local foundation.
