As a nonpartisan organization, the Urban Land Institute has long been recognized as one of America’s and the worlds most respected and widely quoted sources of objective information on urban planning, growth and development.

Our members form a spectrum of land use and development disciplines, including developers, builders, investors, designers, public officials, planners, real estate brokers, attorneys, engineers, lenders, academics and students.

Since 2007, ULI Memphis has become a leader in land use for our community and serving throughout the Mid-South. Our team works diligently to provide numerous opportunities for real estate professionals at any stage of their career to get involved, whether in a leadership position on our District Council, as an advisor on one of our committees, or as a participant in our frequent engaging industry events.
