Join ULI Memphis for this panel discussion and event - the first of a series of discussions sponsored by Urban Land Institute | Terwilliger Center for Housing and organized by ULI Memphis Mission Priority Steering Committee | Affordable Housing.

Many cities throughout North America have identified affordable housing as the single most issue and piece of the puzzle (homelessness, housing stock, etc.) that stymies overall housing attainability efforts as a whole. And yet, few cities look to bring together those key stakeholders and subject matter experts for moving the work from simply raising the issues to exploring strategic solutions and finding achievable outcomes.

The event's presentation and discussion will be led and facilitated by Nando Micale, principal with the Philadelphia studio of LRK and lecturer at University of Pennsylvania, Weitzman School of Design.
