On December 4, 2012, the Memphis District Council of ULI hosted the annual Emerging Trends series at the Memphis Botanic Garden. Dean Schwanke, Executive Director, ULI Center for Capital Markets and Real Estate, presented the 2013 trends report to Memphis area professionals. The local presenter was John Gnuschke, director of the Sparks Bureau of Business and Economic Research and co-director of the Center for Real Estate at the University of Memphis.
