    Natalie Teear

    Senior Vice President, Innovation, Sustainability and Social Impact, Hudson Pacific Properties

    Natalie Teear is Vice President, Sustainability and Social Impact of Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP), a Los Angeles-based real estate investment trust focused on owning, operating and developing office and studio properties along the West Coast. Teear is responsible for advancing the company’s corporate responsibility platform, Better Blueprint, which serves as the foundation for the company’s environmental, social and governance initiatives and amplifies its vision to create sustainable, healthy and equitable communities. Since Teear joined Hudson Pacific in 2019, the company has achieved numerous sustainability milestones including converting to 100% renewable electricity, increasing ENERGY STAR and LEED certifications across the portfolio and most recently, meeting its net zero carbon goal five years ahead of schedule. Prior to Hudson Pacific, Teear was a leader in PwC’s Sustainability Services team, where she counseled businesses on strategies for sustainable growth, which included addressing environmental and social issues related to climate change, housing insecurity and homelessness, hunger and malnutrition, water scarcity, deforestation and human rights. Prior to PwC, Teear was an environmental consultant with URS Corporation (now AECOM), focused on large water infrastructure projects in the West Coast and Pacific territories. Teear earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Dartmouth College and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from Yale University.

    Laura Craft is a real estate investment manager with ~$44 billion under management. Laura establishes systematic approaches to embed ESG into investment decision-making and management of investments. Recently, Laura lead the Heitman partnership with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) to publish the report, Climate Risk and Real Estate Investment Decision-Making, which explores current methods for assessing and mitigating climate risk in real estate.
