A new report from the ULI Greenprint Center for Building Performance highlights the commercial real estate industry’s increasing focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies in 2021. The ULI Sustainability Outlook 2021 report is the Institute’s first look ahead on issues that are specific to ESG-related concerns in the real estate industry. Real estate organizations recognize the strong business case for incorporating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors into their normal business operations with the increasing public focus on climate change and its impacts, new policies affecting building energy performance, and pressure from private and institutional investors. ULI has highlighted several pillars for success when evaluating ESG strategies in the Blueprint for Green Real Estate.

Our May 26th webinar will dive into what the ESG framework means to the real estate industry; recent innovations in the space; what ESG initiatives are gaining traction; and what challenges are ahead.
