Hannah helps business leaders turn “love into action,” designing social impact strategies to drive profitability. Hannah has led corporate social responsibility for global corporations and founded an impact collaborative of companies in Austin, Texas. Hannah has three young daughters for whom she strives to model generosity and share the beauty of our diverse world.

Mr. Kirby joined Invesco in 1993 after a varied career in commercial real estate management. He currently serves as Director of North American Real Estate Operations and U.S. Asset Management for IRE. In this capacity he co-manages IRE’s North American direct real estate investment platform and heads asset management of Invesco’s office, industrial, retail, and multi-family investments in the U.S. He currently serves on IRE’s North American Executive Committee, Investment Committee and Investment Strategy Group. Mr. Kirby has 32 years of real estate experience. Mr. Kirby is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and has served on the Executive Council of the Dallas Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Amanda Masino, Ph.D., is Associate Professor of Biology and Chair of Natural Science at Huston-Tillotson University (HT). Amanda co-created and now directs HT’s STEM Research Scholars Program, which in the last 6 years has provided 130 funded undergraduate research experiences to HT students. Amanda led an NSF-funded re-design of HT’s Natural Science curriculum to emphasize inquiry-led learning and embed research skills into coursework. Her own research projects include a resident-focused investigation of affordable housing impacts and the environmental health of our homes, a collaborative project investigating urban wildlife as environmental sentinels, and student-led analysis of cardiovascular health disparities. Amanda directs HT’s new Environmental Justice major, co-founded and organizes HT’s annual environmental justice conference, the Building Green Justice Forum, and mentors environmental student group Green is the New Black. She also directs the St. David’s Foundation Scholars, a pre-health career enrichment and scholarship program which seeks to diversify health fields, and mentors HT’s chapter of the Minority Association of Premedical/Pre-health Students.

Laura Craft is a real estate investment manager with ~$44 billion under management. Laura establishes systematic approaches to embed ESG into investment decision-making and management of investments. Recently, Laura lead the Heitman partnership with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) to publish the report, Climate Risk and Real Estate Investment Decision-Making, which explores current methods for assessing and mitigating climate risk in real estate.
