Young Leaders Group: Members under 35 create a unique setting for the leaders of tomorrow’s real estate related companies to interact, both professionally and socially with the leaders of today, while providing responsible leadership and transferring knowledge in the use of land in order to enhance the total environment.

Technical Assistance Panels

Launched in 2015, ULI Memphis provides technical assistance programs to nonprofit and governmental agencies to address pressing land use questions and provide professionally credible solutions. Contact Anna Holtzclaw:

School Property Initiative

Public schools occupy some of the most important real estate in our neighborhoods. School closings because of changing population in our community can have a profound impact in the communities in which they exist. This ad hoc committee is looking at national best practices on how to repurpose school structures and land. Contact Richard Spore:

 RegionSmart Planning Committee
